How do I achieve load balancing using BI 4.x WACS?

Is it possible to achieve load balancing using the BI 4.x WebApplicationContainerServer (WACS)? If yes, how do I configure an InfoBurst platform to connect to a load-balanced WACS?

WACS Load Balancing for RESTful Web Services

With load balancing configured, the InfoBurst BI 4.x platform will be configured to the CMS name of the load balancing server.
