Summary

This article describes the types of system logging available on the InfoBurst Platform.


System Logs

  • Server Log: Server activity such as database connections and job execution.
  • Service Log: Client and platform authentication token status
  • Job Log: Background job tasks and status
  • Logs accessible in the System Support Package and LOGS folder located in the application root folder (default = C:\Program Files\InfoSol\InfoBurst)

Activity Log

The Activity Log contains detail about Burst and XDC execution.
