This issue is resolved in InfoBurst 2025.3. See Release Notes for details.

The following error occurs following a user log-off:
TOKEN_MON error "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection."
The error results in an InfoBurst service fault.
This issue is under investigation.
